'Our school is committed to inspirational teaching to create aspirational young people.'

Royal Ballet Project

We have started our Royal Ballet Project and in Week Two we perfected our spell casting skills! In the photos you can see that we had a spell-off: Boys vs Girls. Both sides took casualties (no children were harmed in the making of these spells)! In Week 3, we looked into ‘character motifs.’ It really helped that in literacy we have been studying strong characters like the Terrible Twits and we were also able to take inspiration from characters that we have met during our shared reading. For example, Fantastic Mr Fox and the dreadful farmers, Bogis, Bunce and Bean!
