Welcome to Miss Baddeley’s class.
Summer Term 2017
This term we are going to be studying the Romans and focusing on the impact they had upon Britain. We will be looking at; the Army, how they fought and traveled; Roman homes; Gods and Goddesses and how Roman roads changed the way people traveled. We hope to visit the historic city of Lincoln where we will have the opportunity to be hands on historians and see real Roman artifacts!
As well as studying the Romans there will be lots of other exciting events to take part in such as Sports Day at the end of the term and our residential in June.

Ebony-Mai's star writing is about the extremes of life in India.
Adam C has worked very hard and used language creativley whilst describing characters.
Ross got it for working hard to improve the quality of his writing and using excellent language.
Aaron - Disaster in Pompeii. For making a concerted effort to use good language and present his work neatly.
Grace - Something Fishy. For using writing techniques and language to interest the reader.
