Bone Discovered!

Bone discovery!

During the Easter holiday, Mrs Barrett (the gardener) unearthed a mysterious bone while she was digging a new hole near the vegetable patch! She left us a note telling us about it and she described it too. She said it was far too big to be a human bone plus it looked ancient and brittle. Once we had read the note we went straight out to the vegetable patch to see the hole for ourselves and to see if we could find any more clues. We had lots of discussion about all the possible creatures the bone could belong to. It was very exciting!
