Our class tiger
At the start of our topic Mrs Hickson kindly made us a huge tiger for our display. The class absolutely love him and he has helped them create some fantastic vocabulary to describe how he looks and moves. The second part of our topic we have been learning about zoos and animals in captivity. At lunchtime Mrs Brown put our tiger in a cage when the children returned to class they were shocked and sad by how different the tiger looked. They generated some fantastic vocabulary describing how he looked and how they thought he would act in captivity. By the end of the afternoon they were desperate for him to be released!
